Eric has been in the residential lending market for over 15 years.

Before becoming a broker/owner of Key Mortgage, he was a branch manager for over 8 years with a major mortgage company.

He has spent those years in the retail end of mortgage lending has specialized in all aspects of lending. He is particularly experienced in government loans, FHA, VA and all types of conventional loans.

Eric has worked on all types of credit issues and has helped many home buyers, including hundreds of first time home buyers, achieve homeownership. He is also aware that credit issues are common and is not afraid to help potential buyers with their bruised credit. Credit report evaluation is one of his specialties.  That is why he is an expert at FHA loans.

He is also well-versed on all types of down payment assistance programs that might meet one's needs. Eric has a well-rounded understanding of residential lending and can find many avenues to help home buyers achieve their goal of home ownership.

Tiffany is a licensed loan officer with a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos.  Tiffany believes her extensive experience and product knowledge combined with her enthusiasm for helping people provides a great mix for finding her clients the best possible loan option available.  She is well-versed in FHA loans as well as Conventional and VA loans and is experienced in working with down payment assistance programs.

Tiffany has lived and worked in Austin for over 16 years and currently resides in central Austin with her husband, 3 dogs and 1 cat.  "I believe being accessible and communicative is key in the loan process.  I treat my clients like I expect to be treated by making sure they know and understand what is going on every step of the way."
